  • The Quilt Project (Working Title) | 2024-

A 1000-piece quilt of mixed media and memorabilia is the featured art for a display including cross-disciplinary storytelling and community participation. This installation is coming soon, with its first public display scheduled for August 2024 at the Arts Center of Corvallis, Oregon.

  • Cellular Thoughts (Working Title) | 2020, 2025-

A community-built treescape is envisioned for this project which started in 2020 (and then stalled) as a part of Jennifer’s “Cellular Thoughts” art series. New plans for restarting this project are in progress. Look for installation details for 2025.

To contribute to the making of this installation (using Jennifer’s knit leaf pattern) please visit Jennifer’s COMMUNITY PAGE for details - with more opportunities to contribute becoming available as the piece is developed.

  • In the Garden (Working Title)

Inspired by the Rose Garden of a loving and sweet grandmother and featuring a piece made in her memory, “Nene’s Garden” is a mixed media wall hanging of paper-made roses using recycled papers and vintage postcards. This work is currently in development with hopes to add more to the garden in 2025.

What is Patreon?

Patreon is a way to join and engage with your favorite creatives - a dedicated place to follow and enjoy content from artists you know and love and support their creative practice via paid membership or digital products. By paying them directly for exclusive content, you are showing your support and enable them to create more of the work you love.

Jennifer joined the Patreon platform in 2022 as a means to share her studio practice at a time when it was entering a materials-heavy exploration phase of creating - starting with “The Swatch Project”. Finding a meaningful way to document the experiments and processes became a priority, and with Jennifer’s background in education, she was immediately drawn to sharing this new type of studio experience with her fans and followers.

Jennifer understands the artist’s path is one filled with uncertainty, and knows that every little bit of support helps keep the studio doors open.

“I sincerely appreciate everyone who chooses to follow my studio practice on Patreon. Additionally, by choosing to commit with paid memberships - knowing that financial support is received every month is especially meaningful to me as a career artist. Thank you for your incredible generosity and the opportunity to continue creating!”
