The BKind Story
The first “5% for conservation” donation of $67.50 was made by Jennifer Lommers LLC to Chintimini Wildlife Center in Corvallis, Oregon.
In the immediate sense, Chintimini treats the urgent and often life-threatening needs of animals harmed or orphaned by human activity through our Wildlife Rehabilitation Clinic. Our clinic treats more than 2,000 injured and orphaned animals each year.
Our preventative efforts take the form of a number of educational outreach programs in our community. Because many injuries treated in our clinic are the result of negative human-wildlife interaction, we view education as the best preventative measure. Sharing our experience and knowledge with the community leads to better stewardship of local wildlife and our shared environment. Our outreach programs aim to educate people from diverse demographics on the variety of species in our region and how to live alongside the wildlife in our communities. ~ ChintiminiWildlife.org
After a limited release of four card designs in 2025 for wholesale purchase, Jennifer is excited to announce her first donation for conservation. In 2026, she looks forward to adding more card designs and studio store purchase options, with the goal of increasing her 2026 donation by at least 10x.
The design and intent of this donation program are inspired by the incredible efforts of Oregon Wildlife Photographer Daniel Elster, who regularly contributes to wildlife conservation programs via his BigPictureGreetings program. Jennifer is a regular purchaser of his cards and often includes them in packages she sends to her subscription club members, promoting a circular economy of giving.
